In addition to a robust international patent preparation and prosecution practice, Jean has extensive experience in the areas of competitor monitoring, post-grant proceedings, due diligence, IP licensing, contract review and contract drafting, and patent portfolio monetization. Jean also assists clients with general business strategy in the areas of legal compliance, cybersecurity, and global regulatory issues.
